What are bonus points?
Bonus points are our points currency in the WARDOW Club. With every activity – such as shopping, writing product reviews and much more – you automatically collect bonus points. These points are reserved for 30 days after your order has been placed. If you return part or all of your order, the points you collected will be adjusted according to the returned items. After 30 days, your points are activated and can be redeemed. As long as they are not redeemed, your points remain valid for a maximum of 12 months.
When will my points be approved?
Your points are normally credited to your account as soon as you complete an activity.

What happens to my bonus points if my order is cancelled?
In the event of a cancellation or return, your bonus points will be forfeited.
How can I redeem my bonus points and what else can I use them for?
Active bonus points can be converted into a discount during checkout. 100 bonus points are worth a discount of 11,25 zł PLN.
You can redeem your points during checkout for fixed-value vouchers. Simply select the voucher that matches your points balance. You will then receive a code that can be entered during the payment process.
Points can be redeemed starting from 200 points and are subject to a minimum order value. 200 points can be exchanged for a 22,50 zł PLN voucher with a minimum order value of 225 zł PLN. 400 points correspond to a 45 zł PLN discount, valid for orders of 315 zł PLN or more. Starting from 600 points, you can redeem a 67,50 zł PLN discount, provided the minimum order value of 405 zł PLN is met. 800 points can be redeemed for a 90 zł PLN discount with a minimum order value of 450 zł PLN. 1.000 points are worth 112,50 zł PLN with a minimum order value of 495 zł PLN. 1.200 points correspond to a 135 zł PLN discount with a minimum order value of 540 zł PLN, 1.600 points correspond to a 180 zł PLN discount with a minimum order value of 720 zł PLN, and 2.000 points correspond to a 225 zł PLN discount with a minimum order value of 900 zł PLN.
The total bonus points discount is applied proportionally across the products in your shopping cart and cannot exceed the value of an individual product. If you return all or part of your order, the redeemed bonus points will be adjusted according to the value of the returned items and credited back to your account, provided they are still within their original validity period (12 months).
Bonus points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Does my level have an expiry date?
Once you have moved up to a new level, you remain in that tier for one year from the date you reached it. You can maintain your status, including all associated benefits (or even move up another level), by staying active in the WARDOW Club.
